Welcome to Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Our Services

Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. provides Professional DJ, MC, and Day-of Coordination services for weddings, corporate, and private events across Ontario. All services, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid as outlined in your booking agreement. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

Please review our Booking and Cancellation Policy for specific terms related to refunds and rescheduling.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are partially refundable within 15 days of booking confirmation.
Cancellations made less than 45 days before the event may incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance.
If Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a qualified replacement or a full refund of your deposit.

4. Liability & Responsibilities

While every effort is made to ensure exceptional service, Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event or use of this website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the contracted services.

Clients agree to be responsible for any damages to event equipment caused by guests.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, graphics, and logos — is owned by Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. and protected by copyright laws. Content may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Privacy Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only necessary information for booking and communication, and we take every precaution to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.

Any information suspected to belong to a minor will be deleted immediately upon recognition.
