Shipping Policy

At Doc Lance Enterprise Inc., we currently provide event-based services including professional DJ, MC, and day-of coordination. As such, we do not ship physical products at this time — all our services are delivered in-person at the event location specified in your booking.

Future Merchandise Sales​

In the future, Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. plans to offer merchandise, including clothing and branded items. These products will be fulfilled and shipped by a third-party provider, not directly by Doc Lance Enterprise Inc.

When merchandise becomes available:

• All shipping, tracking, and delivery will be handled by the third-party shipping provider.

• Shipping costs, delivery times, and available shipping methods will be clearly stated during checkout.

• Any inquiries regarding merchandise shipping should be directed to the customer service contact provided on the merchandise platform, though Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. will assist as needed.

Service Delivery (Current Policy)

• Our services are provided in-person at the booked event location.

• Travel, setup, and breakdown times are included in your booking agreement.

• No physical shipment or mailing of items is currently part of our service packages.
