Service Description
Elevate your event with our professional DJ services.* With over 15 years of experience, we offer tailored playlists and seamless mixing to keep your guests entertained and dancing all night long. Our Process: Once your booking is confirmed, we will schedule a consultation meeting to review specific music preferences for the dance portion of the event (including "MUST PLAY" songs, "DO NOT PLAY" selections, and more). This process ensures that your event reflects your unique style and vision. For a smooth and flawless experience, consider bundling this service with our MC & Day-of Coordination package for full-event coverage. *PLEASE NOTE: This service is without a sound package. Please check with the venue if sound is included with your booking. You can consult with us if you require sound, lighting, and/or special effects added to your special day. The total time outlined includes setup and dismantle. Cancellation Policy
1) Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit and signed agreement are received. Without these, your date will remain open and may be booked by another client. Please ensure you have set up your initial consultation with an representative. 2) Deposit & Payment - A non-refundable deposit of [25% of the total fee] is required to secure your event date. - The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event or unless agreed upon by a representative or outlined in the agreement. - Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon forms. 3) Cancellations & Refunds In the event of a confirmed booking cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the client cancels within 15 days of the initial booking confirmation, a partial refund of the deposit may be granted. In extreme or unforeseen circumstances, and at the discretion of Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. management, a full refund may be considered upon written request and approval. If the client cancels less than than 45 days prior to the scheduled event date, the client agrees to pay 50% of the remaining balance within 10 days of the cancellation notice. This policy reflects the limited opportunity to rebook the date, as Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. would have declined other potential clients to reserve your event time. In the unlikely event that Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. must cancel a scheduled performance, every effort will be made to provide a suitable, contracted replacement, subject to client's approval. If a replacement cannot be arranged, all payments and deposits received will be refunded in full. 4) Liability & Equipment Policy The client agrees that, under all circumstances, Doc Lance Enterprise Inc.'s liability shall be limited exclusively to the total amount of the performance fee. The client further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doc Lance Enterprise Inc., its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising directly from the performance or event activities. Additionally, the client assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss of equipment belonging to Doc Lance Enterprise Inc. that occurs as a result of negligence or actions by guests, attendees, or venue staff during the event. 5) Extra time beyond booking window. If clients require additional time beyond the signed agreement, then services will be billed starting at a minimum charge of $200/hr.
